Scott, I know That SYSF envisions revenue as a result of
end-users paying for SysWiz upgrades at some time after
they purchase their PC. The SysWiz upgrades would contain
new info on the "current" software and hardware versions
available. I guess they would "own" the names of the users
that purchase the upgrade, but I doubt that they would
have any rights to the names that bought the PC from the
OEM originally.
