I believe that risks can be calculated properly once any advice offered by the UK or USA governments is ignored. For some reason they have turned out to be unreliable sources of information in all aspects. Russia is a problem now for Gas contracts. Germany blames Trump in pursuit of Nord Stream 2 pipeline – POLITICO I recently signed up for domestic gas. Price increase 40% higher then just a few years ago !!! I blame both Putin and Trump for this... although maybe Boris too as the Skripal nonsense is brought up once again. Not sure what went on there, but remarks from knowledgeable people say there were falsehoods being spun on our end.
