this is the 4th time since mid October that TPRO is trying to break 6 3/4. Failure to do so this time will probably push this back down to around 6. However, if it can break and close above 6 3/4, the old highs will be taken out very quickly. That is why it is sitting here so long and heavy. Everyone knows how important this level is. It's a battle between good and evil. We all know that good always wins out against evil.
