Keep in mind the fact that once exclusivity ends there are any number of options management may pursue with respect to outstanding stock, and that some of those options may not be palatable to stockholders. I also believe that AETTQ will emerge from BK as a going concern, but I don't have enough data at present to accurately assess the risk of holding stock through the emergence phase.
