I don't understand the following statement from your post::

Only 5000 shares per week? Assuming an average volume of 250K per week (50K per day), 5000 shares is only 2% of the total.That won't have any effect on price.

It's impossible to have a minimum trade of $50K for a maximum shares of 5K shares for a $2.00 stock.

Non comprehende (?).
