Little Engine, NO Ira did NOT say bank. That was my mistake. Sorry, I used the wrong terminology. You sure are looking for things just to pick at. As I stated before I dealt with mainly mortgage loans, a number of years ago. I am not really familar with other Financial Concerns. I am not Ira and I am not privy to all of the details, so of course I can not answer your questions. But then do you really want answers, or just something to pick at. Cheryl
