U know when I read things like this I think of the US and California's wanton over exploitation of water resources..

Climate Change is a sucker in this often.. fall guy .. when REALLY it is just human greed ,, mismanagement .. it is often LESS climate change than too many friggin' people exhausting resources which itself creates negative change

Cali is the poster child for this .. Blaming their flaws on an esoteric notion

Fix our own chit .. it is NOT all about so called fossil fuel ... wake up people
