I've posed a question three times in the last month or so and have yet to see anyone adress it. Maybe the answer is too obvious, maybe I just missed a note where someone talked about it because it is no longer possible (or informative or pleasant) to try to read every note, but it seems to me to be a legitimate question and I hope somebody with the technological understanding would explain what, if any, effect there would be if phone companies begin to charge for internet access as is being discussed. Will this raise ftel & fnets costs, or are they able to connect to the internet directly without going through the bells? It's a simple question. Anyone know about this?? Thanks
