Never out of mind. We learned so much by association if not more than that, which I enjoyed, our close and very long friendship. I regret you are no longer on the journey we were sharing, but will never forget you are still there. We used to talk about Reichebacher, who was so prescient even to this day. In some ways it is now the same, with you. But, you were my friend of close standing, and we laughed about a lot more than mere markets. We were in intellectual heaven.
