Semiconductors are showing relative strength this September. September has been the worst month for positive returns for years upon years. Just today we got 2 new PnF Buy Signals on the SOX. That says good things about the charts. Hey, me personally, I would be totally happy to see the entire market roll over. I have a ton of cash to invest. That said I don't see it happening. It will at some point. When? Don't know and do care. RtS
