He was just diagnosed with stage 9 prostate cancer that has now spread to over 60% of his bones. * On June 10, 2021 US Tax Court Judge Lauber ruled in the "Test case" (Preston Olsen) that the taxpayers were not entitled to any tax credits or depreciation. On Sept 13, 2021 The Olsens appealed the ruling to the 10th Circuit Court of Appeals. I wonder why they waited until the 90 day deadline for filing their appeal? * Doc# 1154 - Case:2-15-cv-00828 PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that Daniel Applegate will represent the Plaintiff, United States of America, in the above-captioned case in substitution of Erin Healy Gallagher and Erin Hines. *** There were other happenings, but I don't have time to document them all.
