I think major telco procurement decisions may be impacted by Y2K problems. I think it is massive (particularly in Asia).

I don't know if a prediction can be made, as telcos change entire infrastructures. Lets hope it impacts ATM positively, because the bottom line at Newbridge is ATM now (evident from Q3).
