The only other property that PNDA has is archistats, and guess what VSPA machines. If any creditors wants to get any money out of the VSPA they will be liquidated - but they're useless if Helix has the rights to the technology.
If you own the technology - then you basically have control over PNDAs other assets, and if they come to anything you can reap some more out of that.
