IBD shows APCO with relative strength & relative EPS in the 90s and the accumulation/distribution is neutral. Me thinks the market believes too many people were watching this one and the market will wait until a fair number of people give up on it before it will make it's move. :-) Of course, if you go back and look at those times when APCO did release earnings, you'll see it never jumped in price on the news. . .this is the APCO way.
