inre delisting. Need to trade at a dollar bid sometime within the 30 days up till 23rd Feb. Only THEN would they get a warning from NasDaq and then they would have 90 days to trade ABOVE 1 dollar BID for ten consecutive days within that 90 day period. They are VERY determined NOT to lose Nasdaq listing
