After discussions with Joe Rzepka and Terence Leong today, I understand the following: NWCA merger appears to be going ahead, to be formalized sometime this summer, and IHNI feels it is in the best interest of shareholders.IHNI and NWCA pricing and share trading will be based on formula at time share trades are set. Sit back, it'll be a while....
