Hi Bob! Expect the Chinese to bid up energy at all costs. They engaged in policy of getting blue skies for the coming Olympic Games (shut down coal fired, screw the Australians who export coal to China and shut down steel mills only to discover the Law of Unintended Consequences has not been revoked.
