Maybe it's the float (tightly held)..on the other hand, maybe the shorts will cave in toward the close, then again....:) Personally, and it is JUST MY OPINION, I think that the ruling is in, the important govt. and corporate players KNOW, but news releases of any kind are embargoed by the SC. However, trickle, trickle.....(??)
