I see no reason why the Dems can't pick up a couple of Senate seats during the Midterm elections in PA and WI while holding NH, GA and AZ. NC would be a long shot, but possible. Then we can have our full social infrastructure spending served on a royal platter.

All depends if the economy remains strong and good candidates running in PA and WI.
