The reason why there are more jobs than job seekers is because many lower and middle income workers used their stimulus checks and the little bit of savings they had to make a lot of money in the stock market. Now many workers have more bargaining power against the capitalists to hold out for higher wages and they are getting it, which is a good thing. Inflation is a good thing since it places more money in people's hands. It all depends on the economy and stock market. Those living on fixed income or annuities do get hurt. But those invested in stocks come out ahead, way ahead.
