We are well aware if your opinion on renewables.

Electricity output has to increase a tremendous amount to power all the EV's. Elon recently said so. I agree. It is not just electricity output, it is also infrastructure, if we rely on big power plants.

Where will it all come from is the key question. I think distributed power is coming. Maybe a little fuel cell in our back yard?

We used to have mass computing with the big mainframes, 35 yrs ago. Now we have distributed computing. I see analogs possibly. And 35 yrs ago the IT departments fought to limit the use of AT's. Little did they know. Probably have more IT geeks than ever today.
