Of course then one has to ask if there are indeed 16.7 (did someone conveniently leave out the digit "1" when writing 6.7?) and 11 million are restricted, that would leave a maximum of 5.7MM in the float, assuming the unlikely event that insiders held no unrestricted shares. Even so, the 5.7MM would be less than the 6MM the company stated was in the float. At least these guys could get together on whatever the story is they want to tell!! Somebody needs a math course. Of course, now the volume makes more sense.
