Anybody know why trades are showing below "official" Low. I've seen several trades on ADI at 29 (small share volume) labeled bid on quote.com "Live Charts". Yet the official Low is 29 1/16. Are these Specialist trades and therefore not reportable? Could this be a bullish sign?
