That is an interesting question.. I bought a house in Montreal.. had planned to live there.. river view qtr acre blah blah .. I rented to seller .. realised big money compared to mortgage so kept renting Sooooo thought rent more .. and voila rental income from Montreal property pays that mortgage AND Haweksbury Home Mtge.. French town.. my French great LOl .. river view AND IMdo n ot need hassle of changing docs... Sttill Ontario health,,,, PLUS.. working over border matters not in Canada.. I reside Ontario ... so Ontario tax LOL
