yes hot news also provide liquidity as we saw today for someone to unload. That's why people get left holding the bag. These engagements are as it is worded just engagements, proposal are just proposal until accepted. These filing that we are seeing could just be convertible debentures from PP being converted into commons and are being dump in the market as we speak....this is most likely the scenario for the price activity today.
