Good point. Here's my take... I would guess that the $20 mail-in rebate for a 10-pack: 1) Will not be enough incentive to get a significant number of first time purchasers to go from buying an estimated 3-4 extra disks to buying a 10-pak. 2) Might be minimal because someone needing a 10-pak might now consider the JAZ instead, and 3) Will probably be taken advantage of by persons who would be buying that many disks anyway. IMO, any extra disk sales as a result of this rebate are at best a minimal short term sales gain and GM% loss. In the long run it only cuts into profits.
