As far as the reverse split, it is possible, but not likely. The reason being is that Mr. Maley went on record by saying this was only a rumor. The question is, would he risk his credibility by making such a statement if he didn't know of any other option(s)? What those options are, he didn't specify.

If a reverse split does occur, and he has dreams of remaining the CEO, he can forget it. Credibility and just plain out poor management is why the other two CEOs are gone. Why would Mr. Maley risk being put in that situation? Just my opinion and observation.
