Yes, I was confused about that too.

I had the same question as Mark did when I read the report (ref. privately held CyComm). It's always possible that there is another entity out there but I don't believe much in coincidences (except in the sense of cosmic synchronicity, ... just kidding).

But if it is who we think it is, then I agree the market is worth the attention of a wider audience. Further, encryption standards over the internet will only be of increasing significance for all the obvious reasons. Looks to me like a field Cycomm can play in.
