Charlie's stock went down when he visibly showed us he was a Humpfer. Sad to say - there are a number entertainers/actors that I just "know more than I want about their politics". It is their right - but it does create some blowback for people who might otherwise not care. I get it. It is easier for me to appreciate those like George Clooney's humanitarian and sensible (to me) positions than those that appear to come out of ignorance and fear mongering.
