Breeze put up a nice chart of the RUT. Chump disagreed with Breeze on the wave count because it did not fit chump's long term view. Of course his long term view is always bullish. He is really ridiculous. I could sight a lot of examples but he is not worth the effort. If he is still relevant to anyone they are too brainwashed to listen.
