>>Andrew, Common now... please. I believe you are a better person than that. You are letting stuff get to you.<<

Better than what, Brad? If someone accuses you of starting false rumors, would you not defend yourself?

>>I ALSO said it is possible that they might NOT have to issue ANY shares at all as collateral. It could simply be done with warrants that might NEVER actually need to be exercised.<<

Indeed, you did say that. IMO, that is highly unlikely. This is all rampant speculation. I have never heard of such a thing. The company could clear this up very easily by issuing a release detailing the terms of the agreement. Would you loan $25MM of your money simply for warrants on a BB stock?

>>One more point. EPS is not the "primary basis" for stock price. Supply vs. demand drives the price. EPS certainly plays a part, but if EPS was all there was to it, any company that was not making a profit would not even be trading.<<

Well, we are talking about different categories of bases here. Supply and demand is based on a number of factors. IMO the single most important is the profitability or future potential profitability of a compnay, measured by eps or estimated future eps. Of course that is strongly affect by the number of shares outstanding.

Thanks for the correction of Ira as President.
