"Someone loaded up on 1000 (yes..100,000 shares worth) March 5 call options for 7/8 this morning" This looks like a smart buy write to me: ~9 % return in 7 weeks if SYSF stays above 5. Takes ~15% drop to lose any money. Bullish, but not a big and risky bet.
