He has said first he is worried about the deficit and then he talks about an entitlement mentality.

Obama spent eight years pandering to McConnell, and it probably cost us the election when he did not warn us about the Russians because McConnell didn't want to.

There are pressures Biden can bring to bear on Manchin. Right now he has power in the dem party, but if he leaves he won't have so much.
