I would like to see the financials here. And the details of the broadcasting of the show. Ira mentioned in my talk with him that they were branching out.

IMO, I think its a great idea, depending on how they are raising the money to produce the show and depending of course on the terms of the contract. There can be huge profit margins in the TV broadcasting business. Ira and the CEO are obviously entrepeneurs and have a sort of conglomerate/holding company vision. Wherever they can make money is fine with me. Plus the TV business could be very helpful in terms of promoting their staffing business.

Furthermore, I don't think they would expose themselves to the added scrutiny that will be placed on a media producer if they wer not legitimate. Of course, this opinion depends entirely on the details of the contract, production, terms, etc.
