I seem to recall Biden refusing to accept a decision by the Supreme Court on the rent moratorium. Do you seriously believe that was anything but a strike at the heart of the Constitution? How can you not be concerned that future presidents will simply do the same?

You would have had paroxysms if Trump did anything remotely like that and would have without any doubt called it a constitutional crisis. So would the liberal media. We would be having hearings sponsored by Pelosi TODAY if Trump had done this. Liz Cheney would be having a cow.
