And we know how that works don't we? There will be years of lawsuits, change of venue requests, lawyers quitting at the last minute, etc. And judges will prolong this as long as possible.

I followed the Flynn case. My god, the excuse that dick came up with and the excuses judges accepted is amazing. You gotta wonder how anyone is very found guilty with judges like that.
