I'm not the Mad Monk but I'll give you my TA. Very short term traders have become involved with the NMPS story and are moving in and out of its trading range. They are increasing the volitility. The stock is under accumulation at 11 5/8. Maybe by the Market Maker himself, who knows the supply of available stock is low and is able to profit on the short term moves. I think the volatlity will increase over the next 10 days. It will then tighten up around 13 1/2 and start a swift move to 16 by the end of Oct.
