As far as I've heard, the 13G filed by Renaissance Cap. is just the required annual filing, required of anyone with more than 5% of a company's shares. It does not indicate that they are selling. In fact, they are collecting very high interest, and in this low interest rate climate, have little current incentive to convert and sell, at least on the face of things. RenCap are some of the longest term players in the business, and will stick by their companies for many years. However, their business is micro-cap investing. They get in early, and out when the company has small-cap maturity. I just wouldn't attribute today's supply at $6.75 to RenCap. They don't even have quote machines in their offices.
