The only Canadian dishes I've ever seen in restaurants here in the USA is poutine (French fries, gravy and cheese curds) and Montreal beef. Poutine is relatively easy to find in most any state, but Montreal beef is a lot more difficult to root out. The last time I had Mb was in New York, but I forget if I was in the vicinity of Rochester, the vicinity of Buffalo or the vicinity of Syracuse. Somewhere along the USA/Canada border... And for what it's worth, whenever I've had it, it's been very good. And now that I think about it, I believe I may have had it in Las Vegas somewhere... Or maybe it was Reno or Lake Tahoe or Laughlin, can't remember exactly... I've eaten most things labeled as Canadian (like bacon for example) and I can't remember ever having anything Canadian that wasn't very delicious... Oh, I don't drink so no Canadian whiskey... I think that's about it...

EK!!!
