I love a Friday night fish fry.

Used to always go for the perch as it was tradition around Lake Michigan. Sadly the perch population seems on its way to extinction.

The even better Friday night fish fry IMO is Walleye pan fried on panko bread crumbs or a good breading vs. batter.

Friday night fish fries are a staple here in Wisconsin. I can only imagine more so in Canada - but do not know that to be the case.
