I am thinking my choice to leave the lucrative high stress software field at 55 was a great choice... A kid at my HD job says.. chill .. slow down.. I said.,, I can do this becasue I do this .. Two man lift ? LOL.. mostly no .. a few times sure.. but as I have mentioned I drive machines.. smart use of machines is your second man with no back talk :) I thank my ex wife for turning me on to lentils and such... a good lentil soup/stew.. where's he meat.. who cares ? Cjick peas.. Make falafel.. again no meat required.. but sure I do a chef style rib roast once a month ... Salmon baked.. 20 min and done.. so friggin' simple.. My only proble is not cooking for 4 anymore... Go to Asian markets for most veggies.. Stir fry a lot and got lazy so use rice cooker LOl .. change up veggie to meat content.. same taste.. on and on..
