A worthy caveat. However, FAMH, although not fully developed, is a profitable company in it's own right. They have no reason to try to distract shareholders in an effort to pump and dump. In addition, based on a very detailed press release (Thank you!) we know exactly who is involved in this venture and most of us have heard of the headliner. So, IMO this is consistent with FAMH's attempt to become a better-known name on the street.
