HI RtS, Brooks has announced the sale of Brooks Automation for 3 billion (scheduled to close in mid 2022). The company will then become a Life Sciences Company named "AZENTA Life Sciences". As you point out the SOX has been a poorly disclosed moving target. Thanks for all you do here! Bob
