The news came across the wires about an hour ago. See biz.yahoo.com According to my research there's a case management conference scheduled for 2/28/98 that was entered into the docket on 1/09/98. See securities.stanford.edu It will be interesting to learn of the terms of the proposed settlement agreement & how much class members will realize net of the HUGE chunk going to the lawyers.
