SUN.ca Wildflower Update CTO Update We wanted to provide a brief update on Wildflower's 2020 audit. The audit has been completed. We advised the British Columbia Securities Commission and they requested the statements and the audit opinion letters be submitted to them for review prior to their filing. We believe the rationale is to ensure they meet the criteria they established to ensure the exemptive relief application can move forward. The statements were submitted about 2 weeks ago. We have had no response thus far and have requested a time frame for their review but have not heard back. We will continue to update you as we learn more.
