At the request of the ASE, management confirms that there areÿ noÿ material
changes in the affairs of the company.
Further to news in Stockwatch November 4 1997,ÿ andÿ Januaryÿ 9ÿ 1998,ÿ the
companyÿ isÿ nearingÿ completionÿ ofÿ its due diligence with respect to the
acquisition of up to 50% equity interest in Callisto Media Systems.
Demonstrations and evaluations using the broadbandÿ Video-On-Demandÿ system
are continuing, as are negotiations with potential joint venture partners.
