BWEL. So what do those notes mean? $100M profit on pistachios in 2025. No idea what "profit" is. Assume it's net income after taxes. That'd be $100M (20k acres x $5k/acre) or $100. per share for pistachios (given share count about 1M). Plus other operations. So p/e under 10x (in 2025, if things go as expected, and share price about $1000 ea.).
