Offie,

It appears that news could come now next week but I hesitate to say
exactly when as I had hoped we would have had it this week. They have
had to get permission from several parties which also had to be in writing before it was put in a news release. One intermediaries wife
had taken ill and he was gone for a few days. He gave them a verbal
OK but now has to put it in writing. Hopefully this will all be done
and everything ready by next week. Lots of plans for building the company this year but they have to get this loan and potential acquisition done first. This then gives them the abililty to go look
at other potential takeovers and extensions of their markets with more
credibility. Also they can go back to some of the same banks they worked with on this financing to get another potential loan for something else in the future. They are also looking at other creative
ways to use kiosks not in the healthcare field. I don't know about all
of you but I have given packets to doctors and pharmacists in my area
to look over Avalon as they have the abilities to invest through stock
and also pass the word to other interested parties in their respective
fields. After Bernard left the restaurant the two receptionists asked
me about Bernard as he has met me several times there so I gave them
a packet on Avalon and they were quite interested and by their appearance and dress they looked very capable of buying stock. So I gave them a sales pitch and they seemed quite elated. Lance used to have a guy who worked for him fly first class on airplanes to do nothing but to promote a stock and had great success at it. You've
just got to learn how to sell peanuts in a cemetery which is a challenge. Everyone keep on promoting as we have more time to do so.
