>>>That's a choice we've decided to take. I doubt anyone reading this has done so blindly. From what I can tell, we've done our homework. We see the growth of the Internet, see the acceptance of e-commerce and e-billing, and have chosen to back the leader. If you believe in the premise --- that the Internet will thrive as a medium for commerce --- the rest is easy.

I guess that is what separates this thread from all other I have experienced.

It's very easy for me to talk to you all about Checkfree, because by and large we do all somewhat think the same way..ie there have never been any shorts in here to my knowledge.

This is a bullish thread....about a bullish trend we collectively see developing before our eyes on the internet. Not too many weeks or months go by and this Company, Checkfree, does not create another footnote in the History Books of e-Commerce.

I think you can all appreciate that, but someone looking in might think we were all crazy nuts if they don't share the same vision.

I'm by nature not a, get up in front of the crowd type of guy. Even though I know when I hit that submit response button, my words and thoughts are carried around the globe instantly. I still feel I'm talking to a friend.

I just e-mailed that guy back to say why me? I think somebody should do it, just why me?
