Labour is a 19th century and 20th century essential. Labour is not needed now. Cranes, trucks, ships, airliners, robots, machines do the labour now.

These days, thinking, personality with Virtuous Victorian Values and talent are what's needed. Computer Geeks for example.

A single crane can do in 2 minutes what took me all day by hand. Machine tools can produce thousands of things that took me hours to make a few.

A machine can plant 100 acres of corn in an hour or two. And harvest quickly too.

Shirtless workers are so last century.

Watch a forest being harvested! Amazing. Watch a paper machine and sawmill.
